Website

After our session with Andrew, I began to shop around for website designs. Tori had mentioned a site, PortfolioBox, which had been recommended to her by a few illustration students. She had mentioned that this was a lot cheaper that the competition like Wix or Square Space, when I looked into the site she was right, it was a lot cheaper, so I decided to move forward with PortfolioBox, this was until I began creating the site and realised that the creator was really complicated and wasn't user friendly at all, and after seeing Andrew use Wix so easily, I figured that may be what you're paying for, the easy user interface. So I swapped things over and moved onto Wix instead.
I thought I'd give the A.I. builder a shot to see what it came up with and if I didn't like it, I'd start over. I was happy with what it created for me and felt the whole site was miles ahead of PortfolioBox in terms of freedom to craft your own site. I put a few things together to show Andrew in our one to one. He had suggested placing a picture of me right at the beginning of the site, which I did once I had a picture I was happy with. He had also suggested imbedding videos into the site that just played on cue once the page was loaded, which I also added.
Overall I'm pretty happy with the website and will definitely buy a full domain in the future and keep on top of the website with updates regularly.
